DARROW NAMED CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGERDEFOREST, WISCONSIN – September 2, 2008 – ABS Global is pleased to announce Sharon Darrow as the new North American Customer Service Manager. “Sharon brings vast experience in customer service having managed departments for the past 13 years in a variety of industries,” stated ABS Domestic & International Customer Service Manager, Amy Knuth. “ Sharon is very results oriented and with a strong team focus ensure processes are refined to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.” Darrow will work closely with ABS Sales Managers around North America, developing new tools and aligning the field closer to the Customer Service Team. She will also manage the Canadian Customer Service Team which will tie the business closer together utilizing the skills and resources available in DeForest. Darrow spent the last nine years working as a customer service manager for three different companies in the Madison area. She obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management from Upper Iowa University in 1997. She has a strong interest in horses and enjoys trail riding. She started the Midwest Trail Gaiters in 2000 and the club has grown to include over 100 members.
