SCHILLER ANNOUNCED AS SALES AND SERVICE INTERN


DEFOREST, WISCONSIN – June 24, 2008 - ABS has named Charlie Schiller an Upper Midwest Sales and Service Intern for the 2008 summer.

“Charlie’s on-farm experience and enthusiasm toward the A.I. industry will prove to be extremely beneficial to the ABS Sales and Service Team throughout the summer,” stated Todd Kronberg, ABS Upper Midwest Divisional Manager.

Schiller will be a junior this fall at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities majoring in Animal Science with a dairy emphasis. On campus, he is an active member of the Gopher Dairy Club and Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity.

On his home farm, Schillview Holsteins, he is an assistant farm manager and herdsman. In this position, he is responsible for helping manage the breeding program and ration for 100 Holstein cows and 175 youngstock. While attending school, Schiller is a utility worker at the University of Minnesota Dairy Barn where he assists with milking, feeding and herd health. Schiller also owns and manages his own professional dairy cattle fitting service.

As a Sales and Service Intern, Schiller will be responsible for conducting market surveys, providing sales and service support and assisting Divisional and District Sales Managers throughout the summer.
