ABS WELCOMES SNELLER AS ABS CORNERSTONE SPECIALIST
DEFOREST, WISCONSIN – June 26, 2007 – ABS Global has named Matt Sneller an ABS Cornerstone Specialist for the West Coast. "Matt possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in the dairy industry," stated David Dunlop, ABS Cornerstone Program Manager. "He will be a great addition to the ABS Cornerstone Progeny Test Team." Sneller recently graduated from Michigan State University earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Animal Science. While on campus, he was an active member of the Michigan State Dairy Club and FarmHouse Fraternity holding several leadership positions in both organizations. As a member of the Dairy Judging Team, Sneller placed second overall and in reasons at the 2006 North American Livestock Exposition Dairy Judging Contest. Sneller grew up on his family’s 200-head dairy and 1,000-acre cash crop farm, Starward Farms, located in Michigan. As a farm assistant, his responsibilities included herd health, feeding and equipment maintenance. Sneller has also worked at United Producers, Inc. as a livestock sales assistant. As an ABS Cornerstone Specialist, Sneller will be responsible for developing and identifying potential new ABS Cornerstone herds while maintaining a relationship with current herds on the West Coast. He will also monitor, evaluate and maintain progeny test herd data output. Headquartered
