ABS SIRES CLAIM TOP SPOTS ON MAY TPI LISTDEFOREST, WISCONSIN - May 10, 2006 – ABS sire 29HO11111 BOLTON*TV claimed the top spot on the May 2006 Holstein Association USA Top 100 TPI® list, while five other ABS sires earned spots in the top 25. “Premium TPI Sires like BOLTON graduated to the top of the TPI list while other ABS standouts like JET STREAM and ALTON maintained their elite status as they added more daughters to their proof information,” stated Scott Bentley, Global Dairy Product Manager. “Excitement for February 2006 new release sires like MR MOTEL, SNAP SHOT and VULCAN continues to grow as they add more daughters and confirm their customer benefits.” Sandy-Valley BOLTON, is an outstanding Hershel son that hails from one of CONVINCER’s finest daughters, Sandy-Valley Blessing-ET VG-88 and combines elite production and type. ABS Net Merit Leader 29HO10681 ALTON*cv continues to hold steady at the number eight spot on the TPI list. This Rock Solid bull (100 daughters in 60 herds) once again boosted his pounds of milk and protein, which widened his margin as an industry Net Merit Leader.
