QUICKFALL JOINS ABS CANADA/ ST. JACOBS ABC AS ADVERTISING SUPPORT INTERNELMIRA, ONTARIO - May 1, 2006 – ABS Global (Canada), Inc. has hired Becky Quickfall as Advertising Support Specialist Intern for the summer of 2006. “Becky’s agricultural promotions background and education made her a strong candidate for this intern position,” stated Peter Draper, ABS Canada Product Manager. “Her enthusiasm for the industry and her ability to work in fast paced environments makes her a great addition to our team.” Quickfall is currently attending University of Guelph working towards a Bachelor of Commerce; Agriculture Business degree. She is actively involved in 4-H holding various leadership positions and participating in national events like the Scotiabank Classic. She has shown three All-Canadian one Reserve All Canadian and two All-Canadian Nomination Jersey 4-H calves and is a member of the University of Guelph’s College Royal Society. As the Advertising Support Intern, Quickfall will be accountable for assisting with the production of marketing and sales support materials. Her key responsibilities will include copy writing, designing and proofing advertisements, flyers and other promotional material, with a special emphasis on web page promotion.
