FRIEDRICH NAMED AREA SALES MANAGER AT ABS GLOBALDEFOREST, WISCONSIN - March 30, 2006 – ABS Global is pleased to announce that Parker Friedrich has been named Area Sales Manager in Texas. “Parker brings a vast amount of knowledge within the agricultural industry to this role of Area Sales Manager,” stated Dwight Williams, ABS Divisional Manager. “This knowledge coupled with his years of sales experience in the A.I. industry, make him a valuable asset to ABS Team and our customer base.” Friedrich has strong ties to both the agriculture and A.I. industries. Before he began his career, he received a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Texas A&M University at Commerce. After graduation, he began working with his father, long-time ABS Independent Sales Representative Vernon Friedrich, in his business, Friedrich A.I. In 1994, Parker joined COBA Select Sires, where he has been employed as a Sales Representative since that time. He also owns and operates his own Angus consulting business. In his new role as ABS Area Sales Manager, he will utilize his outstanding sales experience to further develop the ABS business in Texas through direct sales. Friedrich’s role will focus on dairy and beef sales in Texas. “Parker is uniquely qualified to work in both segments of the industry and we are pleased to have him on our team because of that fact,” stated Roger Wann, ABS District Sales Manager. Friedrich will also work closely with the ABS Beef Product Management Team to assist in sourcing new genetics and assist ABS Representatives with customer meetings.
