ABS-SIRED ANIMALS AND BULL MOTHERS EXCEL AT THE ROYAL AGRICULTURAL WINTER FAIR
DEFOREST, WISCONSIN - November 22, 2005 - ABS and St. Jacobs ABC-sired animals and bull mothers took home numerous champion honors during the dairy breeds shows held at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair November 4-13 in Ontario, Canada. The ABS sires, 94HO0848 Carrousel DISTRIGENE-RED, 94HO8410 Indianhead RED MARKER*RC and the dam of an upcoming Judges Choice sire, 94HO13128 Quality FRANTABULOS won champion honors. First Intermediate Yearling was a 94HO0848 DISTRIGENE daughter, BELFONTAINE C D YVETTE, owned by, N & P Fontaine, St.Marc, QC. This heifer was also named Honorable Mention Junior Champion. 94HO10276 DUNDEE success was evident with the first place Milking Yearling, BERNADALE DUNDEE DAKOTA owned by David Crack, Jr., Richmond, PQ and Rocky Mountain Holsteins, Cochrane, AB and the fifth place Junior 2-Year Old Lindenright DUNDEE L Laural owned by Stanhope Dairy Farm LTD, Abbotsford, BC.
