ABS GLOBAL REPRESENTATIVE ACHIEVES HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT
DEFOREST, WISCONSIN -October 18, 2005 – Jack Hogan, retired ABS Global Independent Representative was honored at the ABS Global, Inc. World Dairy Expo Celebration October 7, for having sold over one half of a million units in his 38 year career. Ron Lenth, ABS Global District Sales Manager, states, "Jack has been a huge asset to our sales team in Iowa. His devotion to ABS and his customers have clearly made him one of the most successful Representatives by selling so many units throughout his territory." While retiring in April of 2005, Hogan continues to serve as a relief technician and mentor to his replacement, John Cannon. Hogan’s territory covered three Iowa counties including Dubuque, Clayton and Delaware. After being approached by a high school friend, Hogan began working with ABS and stayed with ABS for over three and half decades. He has truly enjoyed his work with ABS, especially the personal contacts and friends that he has made. Hogan says, "I feel my success is largely due to the fact that I am extremely service focused. Obviously there are competitors with relatively equal products but, the one thing that put me above the rest was the tremendous service I provided to customers. I always strived to be prompt and give the customers exactly what they wanted." For Representatives just starting with ABS Global, Hogan believes that, again, service is the most crucial component in being successful in the A.I. industry. Additionally, he stresses for new Reps to listen to customer’s wants and desires and try and fulfill them in the best way possible.
