ABS Presents Safety Awards

DEFOREST, WISCONSIN -April 28, 2005 - As a two time past safety award recipient and 2004 finalist, ABS Global was given the honor of presenting several awards at the Eleventh Annual Corporate Safety and Hall of Fame Award Dinner Monday, April 18.

Bryan Roessler recognized ABS Global on behalf of the Wisconsin Council of Safety (WCS) and the Department of Workforce Development (DWD). "I would like to congratulate your organization on your 2004 safety success. Based on your organization's low lost time injury incidence rate for 2004, and your subjective report, you’re a leader in keeping Wisconsin a safe place to work and to live," said Roessler Director of the Wisconsin Council of Safety.

Lori Hellenbrand, ABS Global Human Resources and Development Specialist represented ABS at the dinner and presented awards to Good Hope Manor of Milwaukee, Monsanto Company Agracetus campus in Middleton, Earth Tech from Sheboygan and The Swiss Colony, Inc. of Monroe. ABS Global congratulates these and all of the other winners for their excellence in safety.

ABS Global, Inc. received the following certificate: Outstanding Achievement Certificate for Excellence in Safety .

Roessler stated, "All too often employers do not realize the human and economic value of strong occupational safety and health efforts. Moreover, many employers do not realize the positive effect safety and health recognition can have on employee morale and production, as well as potential business opportunities. Both the WCS and DWD applaud you on your outstanding leadership in safety."
