DEFOREST, WISCONSIN -March 14, 2005 – Continually identifying ways to improve dairy producers profitability, the ABS Global Tech Service team held an information session Friday March 4, 2005 at the Madison West Holiday Inn.

"This was a great opportunity for ABS Global Domestic, International, Dairy and Technical Service team members to learn more about how ABS products and services work together around the world," said Neil Michael DVM, Director of Technical Services for ABS Global, Inc.

The session included updates on current research projects and potential new products. The importance and numbers needed for reliability of all research was driven home by Dr. Marv Pace, ABS Global Research Specialist.

Time was also spent on understanding the actual needs of customers and recognizing that to assist producers in reaching their profitability goals ABS personnel needs to listen to their individual goals. Additionally, efforts will be made to make sure producers understand the impact genetics has on improving their herds overall reproductive goals.
