ABS GLOBAL APPOINTS MARK KUNA CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

DEFOREST, WISCONSIN - December 9, 2004 -Mark Kuna has joined the ABS Global Management Team as Chief Financial Officer.

"Mark brings strong financial and operational background experience to his new position," says Ian Biggs, ABS Chief Executive Officer. "His background coupled with his many years of service with both domestic and international companies, make him a valuable asset to our management team."

Kuna is an ACA Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Economics from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia. He brings over 22 years of experience that encompasses public accounting as well as both domestic and international experience in a broad range of sectors to his new role.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mark will oversee all of Finance, Information Systems and legal functions of ABS Global worldwide.
