RICHARDSON SELECTED AS SALES INTERN AT ABS
DEFOREST,
WISCONSIN – June 15, 2004 – ABS Global has selected Dan Richardson to be a Sales Intern for the summer of 2004.
“Dan’s wide array of dairy experiences will enable him to be an asset to ABS Global,” stated Jeff Ackerman, Western District Sales Manager. “His educational background and previous dairy experience make him a stand-out candidate for this position.”
Majoring in Dairy Science, Richardson is currently attending the University of Idaho-Moscow. His leadership positions on campus include being a two-year officer of Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity and serving as the Master of Ceremonies at the Alpha Gamma Rho Leadership Conference. He also has been a two-year officer of the University Dairy Club, a peer advisor for the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, and an Agricultural Ambassador for three years. In addition, Richardson has also won several awards and honors. He is a member of Alpha Zeta Agricultural Honor Society, Gamma Sigma Alpha Honor Society, and is a four-time Dean’s List student in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences.
Richardson’s previous work experiences include providing relief breeding for Kowz R Us Dairy, working with calf nutrition and research at the University of Idaho Dairy farm, and being involved with harvesting crops at Berrington Hay Stacking and Transport, Inc.
As a sales intern, Richardson will be providing A.I. sales and services, along with performing market surveys, and representing ABS at various trade shows.
