ABS ANNOUNCES HIRING BOOCHER AS SUMMER INTERN
DEFOREST,
WISCONSIN – May 28, 2004 - Andon Boocher has been chosen to be an ABS Global Reproductive Management Systems® (RMS®) Intern for the summer of 2004.
"Boocher's combination of education, work experiences, and involvement in student organizations make him a perfect fit for this position," stated Tim Timmons, District Sales Manager. "He has a genuine passion for both the dairy and beef industries."
Boocher is currently attending Purdue University, majoring in Animal Agribusiness. While at Purdue, he has been active in Block and Bridle. He is a member of the Hog Show Committee and was the Champion Swine Showman at the 2003 Purdue University Block and Bridle Royal. Prior to college, Boocher was a 4-H and FFA member. He served as 4-H Club President and won the Swine Achievement Award.
Prior to ABS, Boocher worked as a Sales Associate at Allen Feeds. He is also employed at the Purdue University Beef Research Farm, assisting with experiments and animal nutrition.
As an RMS intern, Boocher will be working closely with dairy and beef producers in the Indiana area. He will be responsible for managing reproductive systems for new and established customers within his territory.
