ABS PECPLAN OFFICE MOVES HEADQUARTERS

WISCONSIN – December 26, 2003 –Brazilian affiliate of
ABS Global, Inc., Pecplan ABS recently moved its headquarters to
Uberaba, Brazil to consolidate all business operations in the heart
of the Zebu capital.
"This move will increase our efficiency with product delivery, logistics, and distribution and brings us closer to our diverse customer base," stated Jesus Martinez, ABS Latin America General Manager. "All employees are very excited about the recent move, and we are very proud of our new facilities."
