WATERS NAMED ABS GLOBAL DISTRICT SALES MANAGER

DEFOREST, WISCONSIN - July 29, 2003 - ABS Global, Inc. has named Matt Waters as a District Sales Manager in Southern California and Arizona.

"Matt is very familiar with ABS and has a strong grass roots understanding of ABS as well as ABS Representative business in California," says Divisional Manager, Wayne Conrad. "I am very pleased to have Matt as a part of the Division One Management Team and look forward to his contribution in a key district for ABS."

Waters was born and raised in Australia and has a strong background in the Holstein industry and grazing practices. In 1988 Waters participated in an 18-month agricultural exchange program at the University of Minnesota. During the course his primary focus was on U.S. farming techniques and cattle genetics. Upon completion of the exchange program Waters worked for the Tan Bark and Sales Trail with the Holstein, Brown Swiss and Jersey breeds. In 1998, Waters accepted a position with ABS as a Progeny Promotions Specialist for the West Coast. Two years later he continued his association with ABS by starting his own business as an ABS Independent Sales Representative.

In his new role as a District Sales Manager, Waters will be responsible for growing and developing the dairy business in Southern California and Arizona. In addition, he will support and manage a strong independent force, while increasing district revenue by developing new accounts and maximizing ABS' opportunity for market penetration.
