BASHAM NAMED ABS GLOBAL DISTRICT SALES MANAGER

DEFOREST, WISCONSIN - June 18, 2003 - ABS Global, Inc. has hired Will Basham as a District Sales Manager in Texas.

"Will is a driven individual who will do a superb job expanding our dairy market in District 108, which includes parts of Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico, Kansas, Colorado and Florida," says Divisional Manager, Wayne Conrad. “We are excited to have him on board in his new role and know that he is an excellent addition to our team.”

Basham is a 2003 graduate of Tarleton University in Animal Science with an emphasis in business management. During his last two years at Tarleton, Basham was employed by ABS as an intern. His responsibilities during that time included helping with the development of professional technician development, providing relief artificial insemination service, and later training incoming relief inseminators.

In his new role as a District Sales Manager, Basham will be working closely with King Smith and be responsible for expanding the dairy market in District 108 by managing and assisting Representatives and employees with sales and breeding activities. He will also be active in recruiting, training and retaining new Representatives and employees.
