WESTPHAL NAMED AREA SALES MANAGER FOR ABS

DEFOREST, WISCONSIN - June 4, 2003 - ABS Global has recently named Eric Westphal an Area Sales Manager for Eastern Wisconsin.

“Eric’s years of experience in and knowledge of the dairy industry will help him meet his customers’ needs effectively and efficiently,” said Division Manager, Todd Kronberg.

Westphal grew up on a Registered Holstein dairy farm near Lomira, Wis. Prior to joining ABS, he worked as a Dairy Technician with the Dodge County Dairy Testing Association for five years. In addition, Westphal was employed for seven years as a Cattle Fitter for Great Northern Land and Cattle Company.

As an Area Sales Manager, Westphal will be responsible for the direct sales of semen and A.I. services to both dairy and beef producers in Eastern Wisconsin. He will also help producers make genetic decisions and assist with the timed breeding programs in their herds. In addition, Westphal will help dairy producers improve their milk quality through the use of ABS’ uddercare products.
